- Shoulders - Measure around your entire body at the fullest point of the
shoulders, keeping the tape snug and level with the arms down at your side.
- Chest/Bust - Measure around your chest and just under your arms (Don't puff
up).
- Waist - Measure at the narrowest part of your torso (Don't suck in).
- Hips - Measure at the fullest point of the lower torso (buttocks) while
standing in a comfortable stance with feet apart.
- Sleeve - Measure from the tip of your shoulder to the thumb and forefinger
crease, with arm hanging at your side.
- Neck to Waist - Measure from the vertebrae at the base of the neck down your
spine to your waist.
- Back - Measure across your back from armpit crease to armpit crease (Not
under your arm).
- Neck to Shoulder - Measure from the vertebrae at the base of the neck to the
tip of your shoulder
